CropLynx is an AI-powered agriculture assistant designed to help farmers make smart, real-time decisions throughout the farming process. The platform offers personalized fertilizer recommendations based on plant type, soil condition, and growth stage using transformer-based models (e.g., LLaMA via Groq API). It also features plant disease detection through image analysis using Replicate’s vision API, providing instant and accurate results. A voice-enabled assistant supports hands-free interaction with wake word detection, early transcription, and natural text-to-speech, making field use practical. The integrated agro e-commerce marketplace delivers product recommendations tailored to the user’s profile using a knowledge graph model. Future plans include enhancing recommendations by incorporating real-time climate and seasonal data, along with offering seed suggestions for optimized crop growth. The frontend is built with React and ShadCN UI, while the backend uses Express.js with secure, efficient API communication. CropLynx empowers farmers with data-driven insights and decision support, advancing sustainable and precise agriculture.
